Compliance Council Eight Week Process

Why Choose Us

Here at Compliance Council we all love to simplify.

At heart, we are a team of friendly and easy-going minimalists, preferring to strip away the excess and keeping the essentials. This defines our approach – to bring a simple, direct, and clear process to our Management Systems.

We dislike the complexity that our competitors add to the process, firmly believing that there is no need for bulky amounts of unnecessary paperwork in meeting compliance obligations. Our aim is to deliver the essentials, then to build upon it to suit our client’s needs; this way, the process is simplified, tailored, and confidently meets compliance standards, all in as little as eight weeks.

Safety Compliance Management

Safety Compliance Management Safety Compliance Management

Safety Compliance Management

Safety should always be the number one priority in every organisation. Our team works closely with clients across various industries to ensure all safety elements of the industry are being taken care of.

The responsibility of management in regard to the health and safety of their employees, business units, and output have increased due to changes with the introduction of the WHS Act in 2011. This resulted in the fundamental implementation of a management system that complies with the necessary obligations for businesses.

Safety compliance includes OHSAS 18001, AS/NZS 4801, HACCP, and the NSW Government WHSMS and Auditing Guidelines (Edition 5). With proper implementation, reduction of incidents and absenteeism should be attainable and thereby have a positive effect on items such as employee retention, general organisational goals, and overall costs.

Quality Compliance Management

Quality Compliance Management Quality Compliance Management

Quality Compliance Management

Quality issues within a high-risk industry organisation can consume significant financial and human resources. To improve employee and customer confidence in your brand, Compliance Council is able to implement a continuous improvement framework for the organisation.

Regardless of your industry – whether it be manufacturing, construction, aviation, mining, professional services, transport, hospitality, or healthcare – our quality compliance management includes working on ISO 9001, ISO 22716 (Cosmetic Manufacturing), Process Improvement and Tender Preparation Assistance.

These systems will help to achieve more consistent control on business operations, on your output of goods and services, and on the general well-being of your organisation.

Environmental Compliance Management

Environmental Compliance Management Environmental Compliance Management

Environmental Compliance Management

Compliance Council understands that all organisations have an impact on the environment. We work with your organisation to help identify these aspects and implement a cost-effective framework tailored to suit your company’s processes; thus, enhance the environmental focus of your business, win lucrative tenders, and save finite resources and energy.

Some environmental elements that we work on include ISO 14001 (Environment Management Systems), ISO 20121 (Event Sustainability), ISO 50001 (Energy Management), and Auditing Guidelines (Edition 3).

These management systems are aimed to reduce your carbon footprint, save costs and add value to your business, and improve your corporate image in the ever growing public arena.

Information Security Management

Information Security Management Information Security Management

Information Security Management

Compliance Council understands the importance of customer and stakeholder confidentiality. Given the frivolous business environment, it is fundamental to have adequate security controls in place in order to protect corporate data and information from being easily accessed, lost, or stolen.

We are committed to identifying and managing risks that may affect valuable data and information assets. Compliance Council can help your company achieve IEC/ISO 27001 certification which in turn helps ensure the secure exchange of information, minimises risk exposure, and provides customers and stakeholders’ confidence in how your company manages risk.

Market Research Management

Market Research Management Market Research Management

Market Research Management

To ensure the reliable provision of information, the processes involved in gathering, assimilating, and conducting research projects must be maintained for accurate and credible results. The international quality standard in market and social research (ISO 20252) published in 2006, and recently updated in 2012, ensures such protocols are maintained.

When conducting market, opinion, and social research, quality assurance is a fundamental element that must be considered by all organisations that value stakeholder confidentiality and satisfaction, and minimising risk exposure.

Compliance Council have worked with Australian leaders in research services such as Evolve Research and Consulting in achieving certification for this standard.

Authorised Engineering Organisation

Authorised Engineering Organisation Authorised Engineering Organisation

Authorised Engineering Organisation

The status of an Authorised Engineering Organisation (AEO) should be considered by organisations that deliver engineering projects for the Transport for NSW (TfNSW). It allows for the recognition of rail-based capabilities, as well as the organisation’s proficiency in Asset Standards Authority (ASA) and TfNSW engineering management and safety processes. An AEO status enables organisations to deliver rolling stock, systems engineering, and asset management processes with assurance throughout the entire asset life cycle.

Compliance Council have worked with leading innovators of rail and tramway infrastructure and rolling stock, Australian Rail Technology, whose services span Australia and New Zealand.

Event Sustainability Management

Event Sustainability Management Event Sustainability Management

Event Sustainability Management

The London Olympic Games in 2012 generated backlash due to the pressure this large scale event had on its use of core resources. As a result, the International Organisation for Standardisation developed the Event Sustainability Management System in July 2012, aimed at ensuring sustainability – economic, environmental, and social – at all stages of the business’ supply chain.

All events contribute to wastage in one form or another. The ISO 20121 is an initiative to reduce this wastage and the carbon footprint that a business may discharge when carrying out an event, by streamlining the planning and purchases process.
